Visiting the most famous Pyramids in Cairo

Egypt is six hours ahead of China. After a 12-hour flight, the plane landed at Cairo airport. Just after landing, we rushed to the highlight of our Egypt trip today - the "Khufu Pyramid", located 16 kilometers south of Cairo. It is undoubtedly the tallest and largest building in the world. The three pyramids seen on site have stood on the Giza plateau for more than 4,500 years. They were built by three generations of Pharaoh Khufu's family in the Fourth Dynasty of ancient Egypt, and are commonly known as the "Father, Son, and Grandson Pyramids". The Great Pyramid of Giza is 146 meters high and is made up of approximately 2.3 million stone blocks. The outer layer consists of around 115,000 blocks, each weighing an average of 2.5 tons, about the size of a small car. It took approximately 30 years to build the Great Pyramid of Giza. It is currently the top of the list of the Seven Wonders of the World and the only one that remains.
