Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato

Mexico City Metro Line 6 (Red Line) to LA VILLA is the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. On weekends, before nine o'clock, local people brought their elderly and children, and some were in wheelchairs. Many adults came to baptize their babies. After getting off the subway, there is a road leading to the church, and shops on both sides of the road sell religious items. There are two old and new Basilicas of Our Lady in the courtyard. The old church is solemn and elegant, with stained glass windows, arches, and fine carvings, showing a strong religious color everywhere. The new church next to it is spacious and large in area. The roof is like a giant blue umbrella. There are no pillars in the hall, just like a music hall.

Monumento al Pipila Guanajuato

I am here # Pippila Monument Viewing Platform a monument to a local hero because the height of the city has become the best location overlooking the entire city of frogs. The so-called ascending can only look far and open the perspective. The so-called colorful colors are especially obvious at this time. There are many ways to walk, take a taxi, or take a cable car next to the Juarez Theatre. Anyway, it is a different experience. It is recommended to watch the sunset in the evening. The lights in the city are gradually brighting. A very good experience.

The Alley of The Kiss

Located in the northwest of Guanajuato's old town, about ten minutes' walk from the Church of Our Lady, it is actually just a very narrow alley. Because the two buildings are very close, people can even kiss each other on the balconies on both sides. It is said that there is a local love legend, but it seems that this place is widely known because of Coco.

See the colorful world Guanajuato in Mexico, once famous for its silver mines, is now popular around the world because of the movie "Coco". As the prototype city of the movie, the colorful colors here are called "God's overturned palette". What also attracts me is the optimistic attitude of people facing death. Almost people all over the world are taboo about death, but only Mexicans talk about it with relish. They make fun of death and celebrate death. The skulls that can be seen everywhere are one of their favorite design elements. As the line in the movie says, "Death is not the end of life, forgetting is." The happiest thing in this life is that I remember you, and you have never forgotten me.

Teatro Juarez

The Juárez Theater is located in the center of Mexico City. It has a history of more than 200 years and is a colonial building. There is a small square in front of the theater. There are many tourists and street performances. The interior decoration of the theater is very luxurious, with a sense of luxury of a European aristocratic palace. Some classic operas are often performed here. If you have the opportunity, don't miss it.

Museum of the Mummies of Guanajuato

While feeling excited, I also felt a little scared, but fortunately there were many tourists visiting together, so the fear was greatly reduced. It would be better if there was a tour guide, so that I could understand more.

Plaza de la Paz

Peace Square in Guanajuato is the most lively square in the ancient city, and many of Guanajuato's old buildings are around this square. There are often citizens sitting and resting in the square, and they are watching the tourists quietly and feel that life is very relaxed. There are often street performers on the street, which is very wonderful and worth enjoying.

Jardin de la Union

It is a beautiful garden suitable for walking around, watching the crowds coming and going, listening to music, having a drink or eating here is a good choice, and the atmosphere here at night is also very good. There are many very good restaurants, but the best should be Luna Bar, the food is very delicious.

Diego Rivera's House Museum

avatar

This is the former residence of the great Mexican painter Diego Rivera, now a museum. It is very close to the famous joint garden. It also contains a large number of scenes from his life and the manuscripts of his paintings, which is a great place to study the life of the great national treasure painter in the minds of the Mexican.

Church of San Diego (Iglesia de San Diego)

The San Diego Cathedral of Guanahuan has been around for more than 500 years and is a typical Spanish church. The church gates are carved with exquisite stone carvings, and the interior of the pit is also very beautiful, he is an outstanding church art treasure, worth a good look.
