Xander BloggersThey are worth to drop by. Some agency do offer combo for facilities but exclude hotel at high price. I still remember been charged for RM 271 per person. Day later wr discovered different agents charge same amount for 02 pax. What a fraud.
pxy0705Langkawi’s Geopark is definitely a place worth visiting. It has both mysterious cave geology, mangroves and tropical rain forests. It has wetlands, lakes, caves, forests and other animal and plant resources. It is absolutely It is worth visiting and exploring.
Cenang Beach is the busiest beach town on Langkawi Island, where you can find a diverse mix of cafes, snack kiosks and restaurants as well as souvenir shops, duty-free shops and shopping mall along its picturesque beach strip. The beach is generally clean and the water is great for swimming. Cenang Beach is also well know for the fantastic sunset views. So if you come to the beach in the afternoon, stay back and relax to see how the sun sets at the backdrop of the islands at far. Cenang Beach - one of the most beautiful sunset beaches in the Andaman Sea.
Also known as Eagle Square, Dataran Lang is one of Langkawi’s best known manmade attractions, a large sculpture of an eagle poised to take flight. The 12 metre-tall statue is one of the island’s most instantly recognizable monuments.
The reddish-brown eagle at Dataran Lang was built as an emblem of the island. According to folklore Langkawi’s name came from two Malay words ‘helang’ (eagle) and ‘kawi' (reddish brown) hence lang-kawi.
Located at the southeast corner of Pulau Langkawi, besides offering beautiful views of Kuah Bay, Dataran Lang has beautiful miniature fountains, terraces and bridges, making it the ideal place for those postcard-perfect holiday photos. The square is a good place to watch ferries ply across the harbour but plan a trip here early in the morning or late in the evening when the sun is at its least intense.
The best hotel in Malaysia? Some say so. Set within a 10-million-year-old rainforest and lapped by the clear-blue Andaman Sea, RC is a manifestation of how luxury and nature intersect. What else? Many guests praised RC Langkawi in delivering world class service. Resort facilities and surrounding are so amazing. RC need no introduction. No doubt about it. Just wanna highlight on how people (including myself) managed to secure a pool villa @ RC for just MYR5. Yes absolutely right, by paying local tourism tax of MYR5. 1) All you have to do is to be an elite member of Marriott Bonvoy. This is not a paid membership, you have to stay to earn Elite status 2) Redeem Bonvoy Points, opt for PointsSaver award for the best redemption value 3) Avoid weekend 4) Check the villa’s availability 3 days in advance and be flexible with your check in date. Good luck in securing your villa. RC Langkawi is so generous with the upgrades and that’s the reason members love this place so much.
Fret not, if you are not an elite member, do book your stay via trip.com. Cheaper than any other OTAs or hotel official website.

Kilim Geoforest Park (or Kilim Karst Geoforest Park as its full name) is one of the three geoforest parks associated with the Langkawi Geopark. The other two are the Machinchang Cambrian Geoforest Park and The Dayang Bunting Marble Geoforest Park.
Langkawi Geopark comprises the whole of Langkawi Island, which is one of the districts of Kedah State, Malaysia. Langkawi started as a fishing village until its revelation as a UNESCO Geopark.
A very worthehile tour for our trip this time. Our trip included a simple lunch and a few places such as a Bat cave; (you can see the bats inside the cave with a touch light), fish farm; (you can see how the fish shoot the food that hangs on the wood by the water and make the food fall to the water, very interesting.) Crocodile cave; (this is the long journey tour, you can see a very pretty view after the Crocodile cave entrance.
The next point, you will see how monkeys swim and take food from you. We then continue to see Eagle feeding and then heading to a beach.
Our trip ended after this beach and returned to the fish farm for lunch. Each stop point may let you stop for 30 minutes to 1 hour time for your to visit and swim.
Berjaya Langkawi is my most favourite resort ever, the resort is huge with beautiful chalets all over.
The view from the balcony was magnificent, the suits are just on the sea and we could get a sea view from every room.
The suite was very spacious with a big bedroom, a massive bath area. Loved everything about this resort, they have huge breakfast buffet with really tasty options. We tried some water sports and loved the experience.
Everything was just wonderful, would definitely go back soon!♥️
Address - The St. Regis is nestled in a private cove on the southeast corner of Langkawi Island, near the convention center. We took a Grab from the airport and reached the hotel in about 30 minutes.
Ambiance/Facilities - Resort
Highlights - The beach and pool are highlights at this hotel, and even though we had a private pool outside our room, we didn’t use it once. Instead we opted to soak up the sun at the hotel’s main multi-level pool, which included some very interesting art (spot the oversized durian sculpture) and a section that could only be reached by wading through the water

had high hopes for The St. Regis Langkawi, but of all the elements of our trip this was not the stop I expected to completely blow me out of the water. Yet that’s exactly what happened. This property is an incredible value, whether you redeem points or a free-night certificate from the Bonvoy Brilliant card. Our upgraded pool suite was a bit of a walk from most of the amenities, but it was worth it for the incredible privacy we got. The food and service (especially breakfast) were among the best I’ve had anywhere in the world.
The accommodation is 44 km from Batu Ferringhi. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. Sungai Petani is 48 km from Farmstay Relau Kedah, while George Town is 33 km from the property.
Farmstay Relau Kedah is located in Farmstay Relau Lot 1014, Kampung Paya Semambu Relau and it is a nice place to stay.
If you're traveling to Malaysia with kids, consider a visit to the amusement park. Children love amusement parks. There are several amusement parks in Malaysia like: Pesta Ria Terbuka (Jalan Kilang Lama, Taman Cenderawasih, Kulim) is located a 18.46 km (4 hours 42 minutes) walk from Farmstay Relau Kedah.
Without a doubt, it is worth visiting the nearby art galleries, like Q Gallery (1st Floor, 22, Jalan Tasek Nusantara, Bandar Tasek Mutiara, Simpang Ampat) which you can reach in 10.85 km (walking distance: 2 hours 10 minutes). A moment of silence in the bustle of Malaysia can be enjoyed in the park.
Experience diving or snorkeling in crystal clear waters at Langkawi's most popular island in Kedah, Malaysia is Pulau Payar.
Catch the shark feeder in action and get a chance to swim with baby sharks that live by the shore at this marine park.
Visit the only place off Malaysia's west coast with exotic coral reefs and marine life similar to that of the Indian ocean.
See colourful coral beautifully protected, and other exotic marine species like the moray eels, clown fish, baby reef sharks, and more.
Choose between offshore snorkeling, snorkeling from the shore, or go for a diving adventure at Pulau Payar marine park.
A must visit place in Langkawi. The Sky Bridge is located at the 'end' of the Cable Car ride. One of the island’s highlights, it is a 410ft-long curved pedestrian bridge above Mount Mat Cinchang. The experience of the cable car ride was amazing and the view is magnificent and you can have an oversight of whole Langkawi Island. Highly recommended place to visit in Malaysia 🇲🇾
