SenLi PhotographerRome, once the capital of the world, has an ancient history and has become the spiritual center of the entire Christian world. It has retained various architectural masterpieces and many exquisite works of art for more than 2500 years. From the huge Colosseum to the holy St. Peter's Basilica, it is worth savoring. I have seen the sunrise of the Colosseum and the dusk of the cathedral, and once again drive into the most romantic Tuscan countryside in Italy. The endless pastoral scenery is even more memorable.

The main road will lead you towards the center where instead of an usual main square, you'll have a large pool, the iconic rectangular tub source of natural thermal water, called Piazza delle Sorgenti (Springs' Square).
And just below the tiny center you'll be able to reach Parco dei Mulini, built in the 12th century, still actively feeding the numerous spa facilities surrounding the town and where you can freely treat yourself in the bath dug.

Greece has always been one of the top travel destinations on our bucket list, so spending 12 days exploring 4 different destinations with Journey Greece and SPG Hotels & Resorts was a dream come true! As much as we love traveling, we find it difficult to maintain a balanced lifestyle while on the road. We usually try to get back in a healthy routine when we get home to Bali (did you see our recent Bali self care post?) but as we are traveling, we tend to get off track. We were so excited to partner with Journey Greece for 12 days of fitness + wellness around Greece to prove it is actually possible to keep up with a healthy lifestyle while traveling!
The first stop on our fitness + wellness journey was to the infamous island of Mykonos! Mykonos is full of classic Greek charm that you would expect to see when planning a trip to Greece: whitewashed cubiform buildings with blue accents, seaside bars and restaurants, winding streets full of shops, and of course, bougainvillea all along the way. It is a must-see destination for any Greece trip— and starting our adventure off here was the perfect introduction to Greece! Staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in Mykonos was easy thanks to our stay at Santa Marina Resort! Here are some ways we were able to balance fitness + wellness during our time on the island
Under the sun of Tuscany! The scenery is so amazing, It's like walking into a postcard.
Punch in the famous small ear church under the Tuscan sun.
The church is located on a hillside not far from San Quirico d'Orcia. It needs to be driven by car. It can be located on Google Maps: Chapel of Our Lady of Vitaleta, after a long distance Dirt road. The road that has entered the church has been covered by the iron gate. The car can't enter, you can stop at the gate of the iron gate and walk in, about 10 minutes walk. In addition to the hillside opposite the church, this is a great place to go to the church, and it is a great place to enjoy the Tuscan pasture.
The Little Ear Church became a household name because of the movie "Under the Sohuana Under the Sun", although it was only a few seconds of scenes, but this exquisite chapel with two cypress trees left and right It is like a picture with a pair of small ears, which left a deep impression on people. In addition to the church itself, the surrounding countryside is equally amazing, and the grasslands under the setting sun are even more intoxicating.
