SuperbBeyond expectations, my hat’s off to Karlo Milavic, supervisor at Coya who made our evening special. Ambient and decor is stunning, great atmosphere, music, food absolutely amazing and what a great crew and service. Everything top quality. Fun place to come visit again.
A restaurant from a London chain. I made an appointment for dinner at 10pm on Saturday, and only had it at 11pm. I drank wine at the bar for an hour and met interesting strangers. But with an appointment, this waiting time is indeed very long.
The cocktails here are good, the guacamole made on site is simply delicious, it should be the best guacamole I have ever eaten. I took a look at the ceviche menu. I didn’t know it was Peruvian cuisine before I came here. After I saw the menu and found that it was Peruvian cuisine, it immediately aroused my interest. The menu style is a bit mixed, and there is taco, like modern south american cuisine.
Ordered some ceviche, ordered taco, some skewers, and a few seafood dishes. I didn't take much pictures, they all tasted delicious and the restaurant atmosphere was good. Looking back, there is also a private room inside the iron gate, which is very sensible. Hong Kong’s favorite Peruvian restaurant is ichu, the dishes are comparable, and the decoration is not bad in Hong Kong, but compared with coya, the atmosphere is far different.
I haven't been to coya in London. I came back and searched the Internet and found that dubai is very similar to that in London. Such a chain is not unique. I feel a little disappointed in my heart, but it does not affect the good feeling of dubai.
We tried their Ramadan special iftaar menu on the weekend, and it was fantastic! The service, food and drinks were all soon on. We really enjoyed the quinoa salad, and the sweet corn main dish. There were lots of vegetarian options, and our server was happy to help us with some gluten free options too. Cocktails were fantastic too! I'm definitely returning!
A very very good Peruvian inspired restaurant, great atmosphere, staff are very helpful, our server Martin was the best. Honest, patient and answered all of our questions, you could tell how knowledgeable he was about the menu, but obviously about Peruvian cuisine(He's Peruvian). It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Chilean Sea Bass in the iron pot and spicy beef are recommended. Oh...save room for desert and have the corn ice cream with pineapple, it will change your life.
I was invited there. I went there with high expectations. The conclusion was just another restaurant in Dubai. Do not get me wrong me, they do prepare nice dishes with small portion concept that will not satisfy many people, although we had ordered 3 starters and 2 main course and completed the dinner with a dessert (for 2 afults). It was Friday, so the restaurant was full, as a result the service was not impressive at all. In fact our table was not ready even though we arrived 15 minutes late and we had to wait for extra 12 minutes in the bar area which is a closed smoking.
