- First meal last night: salmon, potatoes and dill butter. Salmon scrapes the scales and cuts them directly. The meat is great, like the thick cut taste, the slightly salty taste and the boiled potatoes are just right. - Second lunch today: fried veal steak, potato salad. Potato salad is well prepared and sealed. The veal chops have been flattened and rolled up, and then spread out, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and dip in flour (brought your own), eggs and bread. The restaurant recommends frying with lard, but not at home, so butter is used. The first bite of the fried steak was amazing, and the restaurant's homemade bread was super crispy and the veal wrapped in it was so tender. Since then, Berlin's alpenstück fried beef steak is not the first in mind. After eating the fried steak, I placed an order and booked a 7-drinking lunch box for next Friday. Great value and delicious, really not to be missed.
