Manager at the Reneé Rapp concert was excellent!

Myself & my daughter attended for Reneé Rapp on Monday 4th March 2024. The manager was amazing & helped us so much, we can't thank him enough. All staff were great & we really enjoyed ourselves because the manager went out of his way to help us with a problem we had. Didn't get his name but he was so kind.

Very nice staff but terrible seating

I cannot fault the staff. They really did their best yo help me but the seats are so terribly uncomfortable. I have arthritis and need some room to accommodate my legs. Once you are sat down you literally cannot move. The seats were unusable for me. Standing up was preferable (although also somewhat uncomfortable) to sitting in the seats. I saw other people having to get up looking pained too. It's a shame because all other aspects of the venue are great but to assist other theatre goers, it's important to know this is the case on the circle.
