It is is located between South Street and Fuxing Street and is described as a majestic bridge that is complimented by its magnificent corridor styles. This bridge was formerly known as the "Puji Bridge", however it has been renamed several times since then. Some of the other names include "Water Painting House" and "Rainbow Taiwan".
