It's easy to see why Power Earth is a five-star tourist attraction, interactive from the beginning, and good staff can attract tourists to the time travel experience. It's more suitable for school-age children than younger ones. It's also fun for adults. The fascinating story of Earth's development is presented through a wide range of interactive experiences.
Very informative and fun educational centre especially those who like geography and natural history
Informative interactive exhibits about planet earth
Brilliant day out .
Really interesting exhibit that I recommend with some hesitation. I went on a free day which meant the lines were insane. It took a full 3 hours from the time I got in the door to get out of the exhibit. There's no way you can really jump ahead as they have such timed parts so if you wanted to leave early, you would have to go out the emergency exits. On a normal day, I can see that it would be much more relaxing and less stressful but if it is super busy, I would say skip it and come back when there are less people. The price is quite high for one exhibit and it isn't terribly interactive for kids...there's a lot for them to see, but not a lot to do. Not great for little ones except for the soft play area which costs extra.
It is strongly recommended to take children to Edinburgh. Power Earth provides fun and education for children and adults to understand how the earth was formed. There are many scenes simulating earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other natural phenomena. Not all exhibition halls are free.
Our Vigorous Earth, which opened in 1999, is a project of the Millennium Committee and an important project for the renovation of the old city near Hollywood Palace. Together with the Scottish Parliament Building built at the same time, it stimulates the potential of Hollywood in Edinburgh. This is a unique landmark with a tent roof that mimics the canvas of a ship. This is actually a science center. Its purpose is to teach the geological structure of the earth. It is of great educational significance to children.
