"Wannian Temple is one of the oldest ancient temples in Emei Mountain. It was founded in Jin and was called Puxian Temple. It was renamed Baishui Temple in Tang and was called Baishui Puxian Temple in Song Dynasty. The Emperor of the Shenshu sect, Zhu Xi, wrote the title "Shengshou Wannian Temple" in the Ming Dynasty. Built in the Ming Wanli 28 (1600) of the Liangzhubian Hall (P5), is built by Emperor Wanli for his mother Zhushou. The hall is high 17.12 meters, with a semicircular hollow dome on the top, a square base on the bottom, shaped like a yurt, symbolizing the heavenly circle. On the four walls of the hall, the Wanli Buddha surrounds. In the center of the hall, there is a bronze-cast white elephant renza Puxian bodhisattva, weighing about 62 tons. In the "Ganyu Building" of the Wannian Temple, the three treasures of the Zhen Temple are enshrined: the Buddha's teeth, the Baye Sutra and the Wanli Gold seal, and the major Buddhist events and commemorative festivals are only exhibited."

"Qingyin Pavilion, also known as the waunji Temple, Emeishan one of the eight great temples, dedicated to Shakyamuni, Manjusri Bodhisattva, Puxian Bodhisattva. In 1369, he came to Mt. Emei from the monk hirosei tsuruko Ji Temple in Fengyang, Anhui Province, and took the character of 'seiyo' in the poem "shoin Shi" (the poem of the imperial court), which was written by the poet of the Jin Dynasty, and changed the name of the temple to 'seiyo Kaku.' Qingyin Pavilion is small, but the terrain is dangerous, high, surrounding water, mountains around the water, pavilions and towers, there are Emei Mountain 10 scenes of one of the "Double Bridge Qingyin", clear streams across two small bridges, under the bridge black, white two streams of water impact the blue pond like the boulder heart, water, The whole layout of the ox-xin pavilion on the stream is a symbol of the "natural creation, the unity of heaven and man", and it is a model of the Buddhist temple garden architecture."

Be orepared to hike 3 miles on a paved trail. once you get to the monkey area, if you dont see monkies, you are too early. They come out hen the crowd starts to arrive hooong for food. They will steal your water bottles and food. They are amazing to watch though. Whike this is an amazing beautiful natural area, expect food and souviener vendors the whole walk there. "

"The service attitude is good, warm and thoughtful, and the environment is good. The hot spring pool is clean and hygienic. After the hot spring water is soaked, the skin is smooth and comfortable and relaxing. It is really good and very good. This is the second time we have come to the store to soak in the hot spring."

"Xixiangchi is the best place to enjoy the moon in Mount Emei. Li Bai saw the moon of Mount Emei and left behind "Emei Mountain is half-moon autumn, and the shadow enters the Pingqiang River. The clear stream flows towards the Three Gorges at night, and you can't see Yuzhou. "The ancient saying. Although I was staying here, but I didn't see the moon, it was not time."

"Mount Emei, one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains of China, located in Leshan City, is also one of the most beautiful mountains I have ever climbed.Came here during February, the night before was still snowing, can imagine how cold the weather is. Staircase to the mountains was filled with ice, very slippery, along the way will have many people trying to sell your their ‘spiking shoe’, do not get cheated as it will not help you at all. If you were lucky, you will meet the mountain monkeys family, don’t try to feed them as they will not satisfy with whatever you fed, they are picky, and will try to snatch your bag, my poor paper bag was torn by the naughty monkey. When finally reached the top of mountain, the view was stunning, awesome, so beautiful, and no words can describe how magnificent it is. Golden temple is shining on top of the mountain, it is so beautiful! Very lucky to catch a very short period of clear blue sky on a cloudy day. "

"absolutely charming temple complex! it is hidden away in thick forest and is so beautiful when you stumble across it. fuhu was my favourite temple in Emeishan. i would recommend visiting early morning or after 3pm as there is less crowding. try to enter from the forest enterance rather than the road - its far more magical!"
