Really amazingly beautiful area (except for the crowds). Start the hike by 8-9 to stay ahead of the crowds. Be orepared to hike 3 miles on a paved trail. once you get to the monkey area, if you dont see monkies, you are too early. They come out hen the crowd starts to arrive hooong for food. They will steal your water bottles and food. They are amazing to watch though. Whike this is an amazing beautiful natural area, expect food and souviener vendors the whole walk there.

Wherever the fairy mountain is, it must be an outstanding man. The stubborn monkeys that grow on Mount Emei are also dazzled by this, and they are deeply inspired by the heaven and the earth. They are not only proficient in all kinds of climbing and jumping stunts, but they are also not surprised at seeing people, and they are good at playing with the pedestrians in the past. So spiritual, it is no wonder people call it "Emei Monkey". The ecological monkey area is located near the "Yixiantian" under Hongchunping and Qingyin Pavilion. It is currently the largest natural wild monkey area in China, covering an area of about 10 square kilometers. There are plank roads, pavilions, and cable bridges in the monkey area to facilitate visitors to watch and amuse the monkeys.
Good scenery, eco-tourist area, monkey 🐒 a lot. Keep the distance, sometimes they are also very annoying.
It is a very unique place. There are many monkeys growing here. They are all protected animals here. Come here to have a look.
Near the "one-line sky" of Mount Emei, plank roads, pavilions, and cable bridges are set up in the monkey area for tourists to watch and amuse the monkeys.
