National Park
EvenLocated about 250 kilometers northeast of Almaty, between the southern slope of the Junggar Alatau Mountains on the right bank of the Ili River, there is Kazakhstan’s largest national park-Altyn-Emel National Natural Park (Altyn-Emel National Park) , Covering an area of 4600 square kilometers. The park is dominated by natural landscapes: singing crescent sand dunes, valley forests, such as the "lunar landform" Aktau, Besshatyr archaeological site, Taigak gorge rock paintings and the great Saxon king’s cemetery; in addition, there are Wild animals listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan: goose-throated gazelle, wild donkey, black stork, vulture, snake eagle, vulture, etc. Such a vast park is bound to be impossible to play in a day or two, so we went to the most classic singing sand dunes Singing Sand Dunes and Aktau Mountains (White Mountains).

Lake
EvenAfter walking through a narrow forest path, a touch of blue appeared from the trees. In 1911, a strong earthquake triggered a huge landslide, creating a natural dam. After the glacier melted, the water could not flow out, so a new lake was formed at an altitude of 2,000 meters. So the ancient spruce forest sank into the lake, forming a mysterious underwater forest. Those sunken trees above the water are like masts on a ghost ship, connected with the reflection in the water. Standing there quietly, as if being sealed, trapped in the lake forever. In the underwater part, even after a hundred years, the needles of Yunshan are still hanging on the tree and are well preserved. The cold lake water makes the beauty stay forever at the moment of sinking, and it is still clearly visible through the clear water. The dense fir trees by the lake are also cold and tall, overlooking the lake. Mysterious and spectacular, even if the voice is louder, it is disrespectful to this quiet scene.

Lake
EvenThere is a 9-kilometer mountain road from Lake One at the entrance to Lake Two. It takes about 3 hours to reach an altitude of 2,250 meters, and then back on the same road. We walked along the shore of the lake, and there were signs written in three languages on the side of the road to tell you the remaining distance, which was both encouraging and discouraging. If there are really tourists who are not physically strong, they can also choose to ride horses, but they will lose the sense of accomplishment after three hours. Even at noon, once activities are stopped, the cold in the mountains will immediately consume the heat obtained from exercise before, and the difference in temperature can be seen with a breath. Holding hot tea in hand, facing the lake and mountains, quietly enjoy the tranquility.
