E25***38The Chapel Bridge was built in 1333 and was originally built for the defense of Lucerne. The bridge body is brown, and the top of the bridge is painted red. Inside the covered bridge are about 120 paintings about the history of Lucerne painted in the 17th century. Unfortunately, most of the Cabel Bridge was destroyed in a fire in 1993 due to a ship collision accident. It was quickly rebuilt and restored to its original appearance. There is a 140-foot-high octagonal water tower (Wasserturm) in the middle of the bridge, built of bricks. This water tower was originally used as a prison, torture, observation deck and vault. Now every early summer, geraniums are planted outside the wooden bridge.

Since then, lucerne is rushed to the resort famed the world. Today, it is still beautiful. Urban tourist attractions is concentrated in the old town hall, the surrounding area such as old town hall was built in the 17th century, the symbol of lucerne cabell bridge and in the 17th century Jesus church and other attractions. You can remain in the medieval flavor of the old, round art galleries and museums, if I had more time, might as well go to visit the museum of the lake and or sunbathing in lake, in repose to lucerne beauty deeply imprinted in my heart.

view from the cable car in Engelberg, Switzerland last Christmas 😍
Engelberg is easy to access by train; a day trip from Zurich is easy. It also has a long season and reliable snow . Yes, there are a lot of Asian tourists, although I've seen this many other places in Switzerland (including Zermatt); summer and winter. There was a new cable car in winter 2015/16, now 16 mins and direct to Stand without a change half way (so bear in mind when reading old reviews). Many tourists still take the old train. Once on the mountain, the main ski area has reasonably long slopes, and nearly all red/black in the main ski area. The area is split into two parts, connected by a horizontal chair lift, which is a bit annoying, and getting to/from this lift is not easy for a beginner. If you're a beginner, I highly recommend it.
summer and winter at this place are just the same time. Here the sky touches the earth.
I loved it.How amazing and wonderful.it was so peaceful and I highly recommend this destination. I’ve been on Mt Titlis last year and I enjoyed it so much!! The rotating gondola was amazing , great view
Mount Titlis. Whenever in Switzerland, it is difficult to choose which mountain to explore. It could either be Titlis, Rigi or Jungfraujoch. If you choose Titlis, we would suggest you to stay at Engelberg. The view of Titlis from hotels in Engelberg is so beautiful. If your prefer to stay in Luzern, just hop on Zentralbahn railway and you will reach Engelberg in 45 minutes.

Engelberg, Located in Obwalden, Seitzerland. Is what made me want to visit Switzerland. As a skiing fan, I absolutely enjoy being here. The breathtaking view of the snowy switzerland was so peaceful to see. There is no word can describe the beauty of the pure white snow flooding the town. Gorgeous. #merrychristmas
Visiting the region of Engelberg in Switzerland was something on our bucket list for a long time. This is the perfect destination for hikers and discovering true and quiet nature while breathing the most pure fresh air.
Mountains and rivers always give people a feeling of coldness. As a mountain country that is occupied by more than half of the country's mountains, Switzerland has a picturesque country with tenderness.
As the saying goes, winter doesn't play snow, it's just white. who said it? its me! Is it still home at home? Don't want to have a crazy carnival? Looking for a different stimulus? Let's take a ride at the speed of skiing and feel the passion!
The best way to play in Switzerland is by train, but this is not an ordinary train, but a glacier train. Switzerland is home to more than 90% of the famous glacier river glaciers in the Alps, so the train glacier tour is recognized as a major feature of Swiss tourism.
The train will take you through the original folk customs of the European continent and the large pastures. If you are lucky, you may also encounter traditional Alpine national bands at the foot of the mountain and listen to Switzerland with their unique long-horned horns. ll. We went all the way to Zermatt.
