What people are saying:

I took the time to go there some time ago. There are a lot of people, but I just want to say it's worthwhile. I wanted to come here a long time ago. The mountains and rivers are beautiful and magnificent. Have the opportunity to see more of these undamaged environments. .

Additional Information

The Qixingkang Nature Reserve is a key national preservation site for the spinulose wood fern, and is also an ancient settlement site of the Hakka people. Here visitors can see the flying squirrel holes, legendary incense stoves, and the rarely seen giant salamander and smooth bamboo, making it a modern day "paradise on earth." The nature reserve is a typical subtropical broad leaved, evergreen forest with abundant animal, plant and mineral resources. Many of the plants are nationally or provincially protected species and many are extremely rare.
