Been in Miami for a few days and remembered that back home everyone talks about La Carreta. Was curious whats all the fus abouw........so we couldn&#39;t stay without trying the place. Weeeeeell, i tried the Cevich&eacute; and the La Carreta Cuban Sandwich. The Cevich&eacute; was served with some crisp fried banana, the Cevich&eacute; appetizer was HEAVENLY !!!! The La Carreta Sandwich......what can i say, the cheese was melted in diffrent kind of meat, pull pork.........ooooh but wait waaaaait !!! YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN AND TRY THE PLACE. AMAZING !!! I&#39;m maybe back in may and think that La Carreta is going to see alot of me !!! YES, YES ITS THAT GOOD ✌️

The original owner was my grandfathers student at the University of Miami. If you want a chili cheese and onion hot dog that will make your mouth water, this is the place! Caution they are a addictive!! Great staff great food third-generation family owned and operated worth the drive

The last weekend of May I decided to go back to Pincho Factory, which I had not been in months! We had a problem getting through on their phone line, but I figured that multiple customers wanted their food as well. When I got there the gentleman did not make me wait in line due to me having a take-out order. He was very helpful in assuring that my order was correct. We waited longer than anticipated; the gentleman approached my mother and I and asked if we would like something to drink while we waited. We denied this offer, but thank him fro his generosity. About 15 minutes later I walked over to the counter and how much longer the food was going to take, we had placed a big order, the cooks over heard the conversation and apologized that they food was taking a while. They had started on my order late. When the food was finally ready the gentleman walked over to my table, brought the bag over, and asked if I needed anything else. Considering the number of times that I have been to Pincho Factory I had never had such great service. I rather drive to this location even if one of the other ones if closer to me. Of course the food was phenomenal like always!
