So disappointed! Let me start by saying that the extra card is due to the wonderful customer service provided over the phone. The ladies who answered the phones the various times I called were very kind and professional. Came here for free cheese fondue day. The place absolutely reeks! Our cheese fondue had a horrible bitter taste, and let me tell you that I love all kinds of cheese! The bread was so stale and the other snacks to dip in the cheese were just awful. I won't be coming back, even if it's free!
