Don't miss seasonal exhibitions (the most recent one being Jurassic World which was very impressive). Be prepared to spend at least 2 to 3 hours to fully enjoy what the museum has to offer. They also have a cafe and souvenir shop.Tip: It gets really busy (sometimes chaotic!) during the school holidays so try a weekday morning during off-peak seasons for a more relaxed experience."

"Another awesome Australian war memorial I visited. There is amazing museum, and if you go up you will get amazing view on city for free. I had really great time but because I was there with kids I will need to go there again to enjoy properly because this shrine deserve that. After visiting this place is great idea to make some Anzac biscuits :)"

"The acoustics are very good, the seats are very comfortable, and there is a lot of space between the two rows of seats, so the knees will not be squeezed. This is a great modern theater. The lobby has very dark areas and bright areas. To be honest, it's a bit confusing. The auditorium is very beautiful, a bit like the 80s, a bit cheap, but the sound and vision are good. The museum does a great job of outlining the migration stories in Victoria’s past, and of bringing them home to the visitor through interactive displays and period recreations. My favourite parts were the interactive interviews with potential immigrants, the recreations of the ships that made the journeys from Europe to Australia, and the real posters that encouraged Brits to move to the other side of the world."

"I was there with two kids and we all had fun. There are definitelly many interesting things for adults to learn but also interactive stuff in the middle which will entertain kids. Downstairs you can find play-room which I think is suitable for kids 13+. If you want to know about Australian sports definitely place to visit. Price: Adult 27 AUD and kids free till 5 years."
