I went to many Michelin hotels around the world, and this one was amazing to me. Had seven courses of tasting menu. Not as regular as Michelin in France, nor as forcefully as FAT Duck in Britain, to pursue a full range of experience and molecular cuisine. The fresh chef is also thoughtful, and can be said to be a way to manage the neutralization and unexpectedness of the various flavors. Each dish has a bright spot but it's so inadvertent. It's mainly delicious! So much so that we canceled the original reservation for the third night and ate it again. The chef also specifically changed all seven courses. Like 👍
A Michelin restaurant in the Four Seasons Florence, unfortunately we didn't eat it, after all it was a bit expensive, the restaurant was very nice and design, it was Italian, and very few people in winter
Living in the villa, the room is big enough to scare the death. The common living room is bigger than the room we stayed in. There is a vineyard outside. This restaurant is the restaurant in the villa in the first-class dining environment. 2 jin T-bone steak in Florence is super thick, so big that 3 people eat it. In addition, I ordered a tomato pasta, which tasted less than I had in the streets of Milan. The price is conscience, but the taste is generally said that Florence's T-bone is especially famous for the baby to eat. A glass of red wine costs 5 euros, a tomato pasta costs 8 euros, and a T-bone steak costs 50 euros. It is recommended to share with 4 people. The two people at the next table eat a wife and cut him desperately. After eating, they said that they didn't want to eat steak for two years ⑤ The big stomach king can't eat it. In addition, it seems that they also provide spinach Italian dumplings, a 5-6 is also 8 euros. I am afraid I have not enough to order noodles and salad not to order, 5 euros is some lettuce purple cabbage no seasoning really no seasoning salad!!! Laughing to death, I don't know why it is called Mix Salad
The Michelin One-Star Restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel is behind the main lobby and the entrance to the garden. For the four seasons that focus on service themselves, this restaurant can be said to be the ultimate. The service staff is very welcoming from the entrance to the pick-up to the order. The waiter helped confirm with the chef and made this main course for us which was not on the menu when we mentioned our desire to try the great Florence steak. The champagne before dinner was also delicious with the recommended lobster salad and cleared before eating the meat. Also worth mentioning is the homemade olive oil, very scented and healthy, with pre-dinner bread or lobster salad. When the steak really came up, we were a little bit surprised because it was so big, the waiter was there to show us and cut it off, full of two plates of beef, and the waiter was kind enough to prepare steamed vegetables for us to unwind. On a first summer night in Florence, there is nothing more pleasant than this.
Great lunch in the beautiful gardens on a sunny day. We tried Sunday brunch and our colleagues all said it was relaxing, good quality and reasonable price, we were not disappointed. A total of 170 euros includes seafood, Italian meats, cheeses, pasta, desserts, and all wine and water.
If you come here, don't miss this place. We tried the oysters, figs, creamed spinach, grilled foie gras, and mutton recommended by the waiter, all of which were excellent, beautiful and tasty. And if you like sweet, there's caramel. The staff was attentive and the dining environment was elegant.
