We like the Xi'an Hanting de Bukai here, despite some obvious shortcomings. As the only library in Panama (!) Bukai facility has a well-known service, product and service accessibility. For the travelers of Bukai, it is very convenient for us to purchase a temporary borrower's card, as well as a $20.00 deposit, and have used it several times. Four stars just because of its ancient music kind of system library which needs to be checked in/out, but they will go without a doubt. The stacks are well maintained, the logic, lighting and ventilation are very quiet. The building itself is very beautiful, well furnished and user friendly. This is also a venue for many local events and social gatherings. We will come again.
