The Orphanage Art Museum is a place where both sculptures and oil paintings are exhibited. It is very nice, with many people, many styles, and a souvenir shop. The charm of art is great! It’s great for tourists from all over the world to stop and watchMore
The first floor is a good display of the history of the orphanage-with explanations in Italian and English-the records and accounts of the lives of the orphans can be accessed via electronic devices. On the second floor is a beautiful art gallery, and at the end is a picture of "Three Kings Come to Worship" created by Gilandal (one of the masters of Florentine painting). On the top floor-where they used to hang laundry-there is a cafe overlooking Florence, the cathedral, and the magnificent view beyond the hills. We stayed there for more than two hours and lingered.
