Florence, Italy is a city loaded up with work of art that literally is both authentic and heavenly. One place where you can generally see for all intents and purposes such workmanship in an public space is the Loggia dei Lanzi. This outside building comprises of three curves that shelter such famous figures as "The Rape of the Sabine Women", "Perseus with the Head of Medusa" and "Hercules Beating the Centaur Nessus". The structure itself is brightened with marble statues of lions and different embellishments. Its area, adjoining the Uffizi Gallery, makes it a helpful stop on your voyage through Florence's imaginative artful culminations.
The Loggia dei Lanzi is a small building close to the Ufizza that is home to some interesting statues. It was built in the late fourteenth century.
Found this by accident and was sincerely pleased. Exceedingly gorgeous with tons of ancient statues! Must see for any history buffs or art lovers :-)
The Loggia dei Lanzi is like a mini art museum in the middle of town. It's a great place to hang out.
This consists of many statues including the Medici Lions and the Rapes of the Sabine Women and Polyxena but my favorite is Perseus with the Head of Medusa.
One of my favorite spots in Florence, this outdoor sculpture gallery sits in the Piazza della Signoria, adjacent to Palazzo Vecchio.
