This is really a paradise for Shaanxi noodles. I have eaten here for two days, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. There is still a lot I haven't eaten yet, so I'll leave it for later. Yesterday I ordered Shui Wei Cheng, Yang Ya Cha, Oil-Splashed Spicy Fish, and Spicy Cabbage Noodles. I ate so much that my belly was full and it was a bit difficult to breathe, haha. I found the feeling of eating until I was full when I was a child. When you come to Baoji, you must try Ling's Jiawaijia, a place with a large collection of noodles. You can order from the menu or go to the famous chef to see the actual dishes and order. It's great 👍🏻

Baoji snacks are gathered here, the taste is good, you can taste a variety of local snacks at one time, the environment is like a fast food restaurant, there are many people, you can see the food processing room, there is also a live demonstration of rolling noodles, and there are special snacks for takeaway at the door. Especially the Yikouxiangshao noodles, which are very delicious!

It's so popular that it's almost always packed. Be prepared to wait in line during peak hours. The taste is really delicious and lived up to expectations. I ate the ribs, and the signature ribs here are really good!

I went to college in Xi'an, and returned to Shaanxi after more than 20 years. I stayed in Baoji for one night. I went to Lingshi based on the reviews. It really lived up to its reputation. It was past 8pm, and there were still so many people, both locals and tourists. I ordered some of my favorite things from my student days. The taste I missed was only 49! It was great!
