Paulaner Brewery is naturally on the first floor of Yansha Friendship Shopping Center. It is inside the building, and next to it is Floral Rome, which is very easy to find.   The restaurant was bustling with people, some of whom had finished their meals here and some of whom continued their meals here. It was almost full. Compared with the bar, this place is more Western-style, with sufficient lighting, and full of exotic style or the atmosphere of post-industrialization.   The service was a bit poor, and the waiter didn't smile much. Did she think that we ordered a little less and came here specifically to watch the resident performance? In fact, she guessed wrong, we came to get the pre-meal bread. Later, I looked at the bill and found that there was a 10[%] service charge, and then I saw that it was included in the price of the dishes. That's right, if you ask people to pay separately, they will definitely not do it. The resident actors are all foreigners, with all kinds of skin colors. They sang a few foreign songs as well as Chinese and Cantonese songs, which was quite interesting.   Pre-meal bread The whole grain bread didn't have any highlights. These pieces of alkaline bread are really delicious. Whether it is the good taste brought by its moisture and toughness, or the slightly salty and chewy taste, it is really worth the trip. The accompanying dipping sauces are also delicious. They are ham sauce, pork liver sauce and cheese. Among them, pork liver sauce is the most delicious. Some people even taste the aroma of goose liver. It turns out that cholesterol is needed to make it fragrant.   Home-brewed yellow beer After dinner, my master originally said that he would go to Xinwu to eat fried rice and drink some sake as a midnight snack. When he came here, he naturally had to try their home-brewed beer. Yellow beer is also called light beer, which is a light lager. Compared with other German beers, you can still taste a little hop aroma, so it is also a little bitter. Most modern industrial beers are made with American light lager, so you may not think this one is so special.   Home-brewed brown beer Brown beer is dark beer, and some people call it black beer. It is a German beer that is more respected in China. It is also made by the lager method, which is the bottom fermentation method. Compared with the top-fermented ale craft beer, the lager beer will first make people feel the aroma of malt and then the taste of yeast and auxiliary materials. Especially the dark beer, the malt aroma and the caramel aroma of malt are very rich, and there is a hint of sweetness.   Home-brewed wheat beer Wheat beer is wheat beer, also called white beer. As the name suggests, on the one hand, it is very light in color, and on the other hand, it is because wheat is added during the production process. Therefore, the most prominent feature of wheat beer is that it will have a little sour taste, but its foam is very persistent, which can ensure that the taste will not change much for a long time.   Platter This time the appetizer is a platter of Berner sausage and French fries. The French fries are quite ordinary, but the ketchup is a bit spicy and can be eaten with it.   Berner sausage is hollow inside, filled with cheese, and wrapped with a few slices of bacon on the outside, and baked as a whole. The bacon is crispy, the sausage is tough and crispy, and it can burst. This way of eating is quite novel.

Although I heard about Paulaner Brewery a long time ago, I have never been there. This time I was invited to come and check it out. The Brewery is located on the first floor of Kempinski Hotel, east of Liangmaqiao, East Third Ring Road North, Chaoyang District. If you come by subway, get off at Liangmaqiao Station on Line 10, exit C (Southeast Exit), and walk through Yansha Friendship Shopping Center. The interior decoration is nice. The signature dish is of course the home-brewed beer. My friend said it was really delicious. The skin of the roasted pork knee is very crispy, and the pork roasted Tehran tastes good, but you will get sick of it if you eat too much. The sausages are also okay at the beginning, but you get sick of them later. Fortunately, there is salad to relieve the greasiness. The service is very good.

Beijing Sunrise Kempinski Hotel From October 15th to 23rd, the German Oktoberfest was grandly opened in the beer house on the first floor of the hotel. The on-site service staff wore Bagorian national costumes, and the live band played. You can experience the enthusiasm of the Munich Oktoberfest without leaving the country. A variety of classic mango sour beer, apple cider, yellow beer, and various German specialties. The last one is non-alcoholic beer, which is a medium and large cup. They are all very good and will not make you drunk the next day. The food is mainly meat and fried food, which is really full of calories, so there is a reason why Germans have big stomachs. There will be performances starting around 8 o'clock in the evening. If you meet someone who can drink, you can spend about 1,000 yuan per person.

Summer is here, and it is also a good season for drinking beer. Paulaner Brewery is my favorite restaurant with my friends. The grilled pork elbows, sausages, potatoes, sauerkraut, bread, and various beers are simply irresistible. The restaurant is decorated in pure German style and the atmosphere is also very good. There are also performances here on weekends. After a good meal and a drink, we can have a Black Forest cake and tiramisu. It is so enjoyable that it feels like we have traveled back to Germany.
