Food was amazing, we took My roots 8 dishes menu, and the majority of them was great. But unfortunately dishes were coming with very long breaks. Instead of 120 minutes our experience lasted at least 3 hours and a half. By the time of desert we were too tired to appreciate it fully. Also wine pairing arrived later than some dishes and few choices of sommelier were a bit questionable. Generally very nice restaurant and worth the visit but have some room for improvement.
The cooking that I was particular about is offered, but there is a thing lacking umami taste. In addition, the bread is too hard.

This does not want to be a critic of the cook: raw materials are excellent and are matched according to his cooking vision, perhaps I was going with a different expectation. After following the Chef's path, I would have expected a more traditional and recognisable kitchen, but it was much more "impulsed" than I thought, this is my "limit", because I love delicate flavors. I think I deserve a second. (and a third) opportunity, to fully understand the potential of the dishes, perhaps by choosing a different menu.The price is absolutely in line with the type of restaurant.
