Lovely old building in the heart of Castleton. Excellent, friendly service. We arrived early and they had no issues with seating us straight away. Food (1 burger, 1 fishcakes) was really good and decent value for money.

Lovely pub.  Staff are great and just the right amount of attentive.  The menu is a little lacking in choice, needs more vegetarian options and  the prices are a little high in my opinion.  However, location is stunning and the child&rsquo;s menu is good too.
