very excellent kitchen, cut and with typical dishes, very clean and quiet local, wide selection of wines, special and very tasty the first &#39;maltled asparagus and animals&#39;

The restaurant is interesting since it purports to be &#39;plastic free&#39; and prioritises locally sourced ingredients. The ambience is clean and pleasant, though the lighting is a little overpowering. The choice of dishes (expected to be more limited since locally sourced) was a little disappointing, and the quality-price ratio was not particularly impressive.

I have always felt that American food is not tasty, but the existence of this restaurant has completely changed my view. This restaurant is really great. First of all, its environment is great, giving people a very comfortable feeling, and the food inside tastes especially good.
