Eight kinds of flowers grown at home, including roses, frangipani, bougainvillea, West Indian jasmine, feather flowers, butterfly pea flowers, and firecracker flowers, are processed and fried, then dipped in Thai hot and sour sauce. The taste is very fresh and crispy, and each flower has a different aroma after chewing.

Sunday brunch is one of the best hotel brunches you can have in Colombo. Make sure to book a table in advance as this restaurant is very popular and seats always book up quickly. There is a delicious selection of salads, sushi, Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese and European cuisine including grilled meats. I am more concerned with quality than quantity so I prefer fine dining and &agrave; la carte, but the buffet is definitely worth the money. The grilled crab and grilled lamb are my favorites.
