La Maison 1888

It is said that this restaurant is the only one in Da Nang run by a three-star Michelin chef. The food is even better than those in Europe. If you want to save time, you can order the set menu. I recommend the chocolate souffle in the first picture, it tastes super good!

The Michelin three-star restaurant in InterContinental Da Nang is excellent in both environment and service. You must wear formal attire to enter. The price is also very expensive. A meal costs tens of millions of Vietnamese dong. It is better than the other two restaurants in the hotel.

The environment is indeed 100 points, and the taste of the main dishes is still okay.

One of our plans when visiting InterContinental was to eat at the Michelin three-star restaurant 1888. I didn't expect that when I checked in, the front desk told me directly that children under 12 years old were not allowed to dine, and they were also not allowed to swim in the famous infinity pool. So the conclusion is that I didn’t get to eat it, but I just thought it looked pretty high-end when I passed by.

With three Michelin stars, the price is naturally not cheap. You can eat a full meal for around 800 per person, but the dishes are very exquisite and the desserts are great! The location is at the InterContinental, so reservations must be made in advance!
