Fresh ingredients and a lot of natural spices are added. Moroccans like to use sweet and sour fruits instead of various delicate seasonings. Frying is not a common cooking method, most of them are steamed and roasted.

Yesterday I went to the tomb to watch the sunset at dusk. The scenery was very beautiful! Today I chose to watch from the rooftop of Cafe Clock in the medina, but there wasn&rsquo;t much scenery to see [crying], so I don&rsquo;t recommend this place to those who want to watch the sunset while having a drink at the same time!

Entering from a humble alley in the Medina of Fez, you will find a gorgeous Riad, exquisitely decorated, cozy and comfortable. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The owner spoke fluent English, which made everything much easier. The food was excellent. The price was not cheap (just in Morocco... still very cheap compared to Western countries), but it was worth it. It was a special experience to have dinner in such a wonderful place.

The location is easy to find, just outside the Blue Gate, with two floors, you can overlook the old city of Fez. The price per person is 100dh. Although the food is served slowly, it tastes good and is cost-effective.

This French restaurant is located on an inconspicuous street in Fez, but it is well-known. The French food is delicious and the desserts are also very unique.
