The dinner is mostly barbecued meat and grilled fish. The most Lebanese specialty of the grilled fish is the local seafood &quot;Sudan-Ibrahim&quot; fish. This Mediterranean fish is about three inches long, light red, and tender. Rice is not pure white, all kinds of meat, vegetable end, nuts, apply meat end or tomato diced scones are also quite local characteristics.
