The Roast House

This restaurant is quite interesting. I accidentally saw it in a magazine while eating satay skewers in GiliA. I really found this roast chicken restaurant when I arrived at GiliT. I came here to eat on the last day. It is in a small alley. There is a roast chicken stove on one side and the dining area opposite. The layout is quite unique. The signature dish is roast chicken. I ordered a whole roast chicken. We can choose salad and vegetables as side dishes. Half a roast chicken is served on the plate. It is well roasted, the meat is very tender, and the dipping sauce is also delicious. It is a perfect match with bintang beer.

This restaurant is on the beach, the dishes are quite rich, and the taste is also very good, the flavor is very well made.
