This is a sushi restaurant famous for its Inari sushi, which is a type of sushi made with rice wrapped in flavored tofu skin. It is a traditional Japanese dish and it is said that the Japanese fox fairy (Inari) likes to eat this type of sushi very much. The store opened at 9am, and we were the first group to go in. The owner was preparing the store. Ordered Inari sushi and salmon tuna sushi platter [Inari Sushi] is made by putting fried tofu skin in a pot and adding various condiments to thicken the sauce. It tastes slightly greasy and the sushi is sweet. Among the 6 pieces, 3 are ordinary sushi and 3 are wrapped with sesame seeds, which are very fragrant. This is a more traditional type of sushi. Personally, I think older Japanese people may like it more. It is a little greasy, but if you are a foodie who wants to try a variety of traditional sushi, you might as well order one. [Salmon and Tuna Sushi Platter] The salmon has beautiful patterns, is not greasy, is elastic, and is very fresh! Their miso soup is very delicious. Unlike the miso soup in supermarkets or other stores that contains a lot of salt, their miso soup is very light and does not make your mouth dry, but the taste is not bland. The lingering fragrance makes you want to have another bowl. Later, I asked the owner why other sushi restaurants open at 12 o'clock, but theirs only opens at 9 o'clock. The owner smiled and said that because Inari sushi is so popular, many people come in the morning to take away, so they adjusted the time to the morning, hoping that more people can eat their sushi. It's very thoughtful. If you pass by, don’t miss their traditional Inari sushi and experience this traditional culture.

It is really a great place with first-class environment, service and food. There are not only good wines here, but also delicious sushi with unique taste. We accidentally ordered pocket sushi because we didn't know what they were but they were cute and tasted good. Although the store is not big, there are many kinds of food. Please come more often.
