Was recommended to come here by a friend and this was a fantastic experience. I had a great time grilling a wide variety of beautiful wagyu cuts over charcoal. The buffet had a good selection of food, with sashimi, appetisers and vegetables. There was amazing service and felt very welcome. Will definitely come back again.

We had been there previously and the service and food was excellent.This time however the service was very poor, when we arrived we were seated at the table and told no skewers without any explanation.We then waited for a considerable time to order drinks and food watching the wait staff clear and set tables with no other arriving customers.Once ordered all the food arrived together - entrees and mains.We were very disappointed overall.

We took the buffet BBQ, some food were not served even though we ordered for twice time. Some Wagyu were chewy. Served slowly we underfed. Service and food were not worth 68 ppl.

Our group of four arrived on time, restaurant was empty. Staff couls not locate our reservation despite receiving a confirmation. Showed the staff the confirmation on my mobile. 3 staff came together trying to figure out what went wrong. We were kept standing. Least the staff could have done was to sit us down at the table while they sort out their operation side of things. When it came to ordering, staff is not familiar with the menu.
