Square One has long been one of our favorite restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and it just got even better! We ate here six nights during our three week stay. Chef Ninh Le Trung Hau is amazing! Everything was delicious.

Highlights included the Mekong River Prawns, Cavier Banh Nhung, Cha Ca H&agrave; Nội (Black Cod), Bun Cha Bourdain, and the Roast Pigeon. The Black Cod went really well with the dill sauce and the Roast Pigeon/sticky rice was delicious.
