A very popular restaurant. There should be two in Hua Hin, one in each shopping mall. The hot pot is very different from the ones in China. It looks like clear soup, but the taste is completely different from what you usually eat. I personally prefer Sichuan hot pot.

It was my first time to eat hot pot in Thailand. It was different from the hot pot I had before. The base of this hot pot was quite light. The price was a bit expensive. I chose a set meal for two people, which came with a plate of roast duck. I felt that the roast duck was better than the hot pot. Of course, the shrimp balls were still very good and big. After finishing the set meal, we were still hungry, so we ordered tofu vermicelli, etc. In short, the price-performance ratio was not too high.

We went to this MK chain store on the 3rd floor of market village next to the hotel without knowing what was going on. Because we were too full after lunch, we wanted to order less for dinner, so we ordered a seafood platter and a few baskets of snacks. The seafood was also quite fresh. The focus of the clear water hotpot is the sauce, but the locals like hot and sour sauces. I personally don't like it that much. The snacks, such as the steamed shrimp dumplings, are very mini and made with real ingredients. They are eaten with vinegar, which feels more like eating dumplings in China.

On the second floor of Hua Hin's largest shopping mall, hotpot + Cantonese dim sum are mixed. It is said to be the largest hotpot chain in Thailand. I came here to eat here because of its reputation. Dinner for 2 adults and 1 child cost 700 baht, and the waiting time was 5 minutes. The occupancy rate was 95%, the soup was clear and the sauce was thick, and the ingredients were fresh. I recommend going there to change the taste after eating strong Thai food for a few days. The level of hotpot is similar to that of Xiabu Xiabu in China

MK Hotpot is a very common chain restaurant in Thailand. You can find this hotpot restaurant in many large shopping malls. There are several sets of meals to choose from. The ingredients and soup base are good. The price is affordable and it is very popular among locals.
