Takola Restaurant

A restaurant in Krabi town. Because my flight was late the day before, I stayed in the town close to the airport. It turned out to be the cheapest and most affordable meal I could afford. The shrimps were very fresh and the cucumber salad was delicious.

The tiger prawns in this restaurant are really big, as big as my palm. They are delicious to eat, full of shrimp meat. The raw shrimp sashimi is also good. You can see the chef killing the shrimp meat on the spot. The Tom Yum Goong has a lot of tomatoes.

It is located in a relatively secluded location in Krabi Town. The white name of the restaurant is carved on a transparent signboard, so we passed by it several times and missed it several times. Takola is the name of an ancient port. There is a Buddhist shrine and two golden elephants on one side of the restaurant. At the end of the corridor surrounded by green plants, the elegantly decorated hall appears in front of you. The triangular pointed wooden structure, white square columns, and neatly arranged mahogany tables and chairs are solemn, as if the restaurant has moved into a "church". Going deeper, the private rooms surrounded by transparent glass houses and wooden stairs lead to the second floor. Such a grand space can accommodate hundreds of people dining at the same time. It serves Thai and Chinese food. I love fried shrimp rolls the most. The crispy spring roll skin wraps the visible shrimp meat. The real shrimp meat is processed very cleanly and is salty, fragrant and chewy after being seasoned. It is very satisfying to eat one at a time.

Not only are the ingredients delicious, they also look very appetizing, which is exactly what I like. Absolutely delicious✌✌

The Thai curry is delicious, I especially like the food here.
