What travelers say:
Prior to dining there, I had read a book documenting the story of the young couple who own this restaurant and how they became oyster farmers on the Bassin d'Arcachon. It was a complete yet wonderful surprise when I was looking for a restaurant on the Fork app and found their restaurant listed. It's high rating by other diners is entirely justified. The view from their terrace is awesome, the service very friendly and the food was great. Granted, oysters can be had for less money on the Bassin, but the beauty of the location is worth paying more. Next time, I hope to meet the owners in person. They seem like wonderful, passionate people who made their dream come true!

Great place. We got a seaside table, with magnificent, inspiring view. Oysters, prawns, shrimps, and all the rest we had were simply delicious. No surprise with a reasonable bill. A place to stop every time you pass by.
Really good quality menu in lovely authentic setting with lovely staff. Also in a sheltered part of the beach with lovely views. The oysters and bulets were superb
We visited yesterday evening the 4 of us. We booked an early table so we could enjoy a sunset tour of your region. We had an amazing dining experience. It felt like we had a private dinner, on a stretch of beach all to ourselves. The food, service and atmosphere score a 10 in our view given the prices. I researched to find a small oyster farm for a for our evening yesterday, and also learned a bit more about the rules and why moules were not in the menu. Super proud of our 12/9 year old who also tried the oysters. We love to eat at 5 star and Michelin star restaurants just the two of us so we have high standards. Thank you to all the staff who were super attentive to our needs yesterday eve. We passed on the boat at 2100 and wished we were still eating seafood at sunset. We will be back!!!!!
