Nice night, magic rental as always, the food of the highest level that the Cheff creates once again, quality of raw materials for most of the Km 0. the staff always very sympathetic and customer-careful

I am no stranger to fine dining and this was one of the best meals of my life.  The flavors were balanced ,delicate and in interesting/surprising combinations.   They take pride in their food and it shows.  From our first bite until the last, we were blown away.The atmosphere was extremely comfortable - a crackling fireplace and exposed wooden beams - and made it feel like dining with family.  We came outside Rome solely to have this meal and it was well worth the trip.  This was a highlight of our trip and, if you are a foodie, will be for you.
