I went to a recommended best vegetarian restaurant in Myanmar&#39;s Nyaung-U town and asked the owner to recommend a few dishes, including coconut rice, coconut soup, banana spring rolls, and Kung Pao chicken. They may not suit our Chinese tastes. I almost vomited at the end of the meal, so I quickly ate a plum to calm my nerves.

The restaurants in Bagan, Myanmar are actually similar. They use a lot of flavors and spices to season the food, which is not very suitable for the taste of our country, but the Burmese think it is very delicious. In Myanmar for so many days, I ate vegetarian food, almost no oil, just fill my stomach.

Not far from the gate of Old Bagan City, there is a very traditional Burmese meal. A large table is filled with dishes and bowls, including vegetables, sauces of various flavors, cold dishes, rice, soup, tea leaf salad, traditional Burmese candy, hot tea and seasonal fruits. You can get more after you finish eating.
