Chili And Pepper Restaurant

Today I tried lemon fish, chicken skewers and a seafood dish. They tasted good and we ate them all. It took a long time to wait for the fish but it was nice to enjoy the sea view. The boss was very welcoming. There were not many varieties of juice. Later, he went outside to prepare the watermelon juice that my son asked for for free. It was great. We were the first table of guests and other guests came after we finished eating, so we didn't feel that the food was slow.

Right next to the Holiday Inn, it's a small shop run by a local. There are only the boss and his wife. The shop looks a bit low-end, but the taste is very good. I like their lemon fish, which tastes better than the popular Jasmin and Red Lantern. I had lunch here for three consecutive days. On the last day, because there was no fish in the shop, I temporarily switched to Jasmin and ordered lemon fish. It was super unpalatable. My daughter has been upset about it, haha.

We came at 6 o'clock, and there was already a table of foreigners sitting there. We waited for an hour before we were served. The third table was served at 8 o'clock, a little later than us. The food came after the previous table was served, so the third table didn't have to wait. The Tom Yum Goong soup was average, not as good as the one in Oasis. Although the juice was relatively cheap, the quantity was much less than other places. The macaroni was average, and there was no wrap. The pineapple rice was good, with shrimp and squid. We also ordered fried squid and salad, which were normal.

Phi Phi Island is so beautiful. The water is super blue and clear. You can see many small fish when you lurk. It's so beautiful.

This restaurant looks very ordinary, but many locals patronize it. I didn't want to eat Thai food anymore after eating it for several days, so I ordered some western food this time, including wraps, pasta, and steamed fish with lemon. I ordered the wraps because I saw the pictures on the menu. They were delicious, and the steamed fish was fresh, and the price was not expensive. No wonder locals come here to patronize.
