A good old restaurant with a great atmosphere
It is considered a high-end restaurant in Rockville
It has a lot of praises on Yelp, and I am very envious

The atmosphere in the restaurant is really something
There are many details, all kinds of things with real ingredients
It feels like colonial commonwealth
It also feels like a restaurant in a large rural area in the south, very cool
There are really a lot of people during the peak meal time, it is very lively
But it doesn&rsquo;t feel very noisy, and it feels comfortable to dine

Mussel Stew with Bread
The ingredients of mussels are very good, and the tomato sauce is delicious
It feels like a very classic cooking method
But the aftertaste is a little spicy, it is really good
The bread is crispy and delicious, and it is even better to eat it with the soup

Ribeye Steak with French Fries
The steak is not big, and at first glance it looks more like a hamburger patty
But the cooking time is very good, and the difference between the inside and the outside is very subtle
The various side dishes and sauces are very rich, and it looks dazzling

Fried Salmon with Gravy
The fish is really fried with a strong cooking time, it looks lively
The meat is soft and delicious It&#39;s easy to eat and has no thorns

It was selected into the Michelin restaurant list, and it really lives up to its reputation! Whether it is the dining environment, service or taste, I can give this restaurant full marks. It is a restaurant worth visiting.

The cooking experience included a few dishes and each was great. I had experienced the tasting menu before and I was glad that this time it didn&rsquo;t make me feel super full. The dishes were light and delicious. Also, the wine selection was great and complemented each dish.
