Fantastic location in Andria, large parking, unfair reception and excellent piety. I would not only say "eat well" but I would say that I have done a great "gastronomical path" sought and refined. The hand of Chef Gracia Antonio is really delicate and harmoniously accommodate all ingredients of each plate. A beautiful villa with a small garden attached to cigar trees.Proposed flats simply perfect,from the entrance (Poulpo with bean gelee to Francecorta), to continue with the meals (Sepia Tagliolini e Carpaccio di Sword con gaspacho di fio d'India) and the first (Spaghetti con cicala di mare e Primo del cuoco,a base di verdura).Excellent anche la Cassata "revisitata".Servizio impeccabile, The Fork is very friendly, professional and discreet. Quality/price ratio is very strict, beyond the discount.
