Been going here for the last three years, the staff never ceases to amaze me and my fiancé. The most considerate wait staff, extremely talented chefs, and hospitable owners makes the restaurant our number one in Italy by far. We always love how they take local ingredients from the alpago region and make one of a kind dishes and seasonally appropriate, while pushing the boundaries of taste and texture of food in a good way. For as long as we live in Italy we will always come back, if you have not been you are missing out. Never pretentious but extremely dedicated to their craft! Thank you for making every meal a wonderful experience and to make many more for us!

The menu tasting very good and with so many different flavors. Tasteful and well balanced combinations. Well-treated and "minimalistic" environment, prepared and professional staff.

The restaurant has a modern design within the old country oster, which keeps the heat and the deep roots of the territory. It was very welcome; I had warned of the delay in the car and they did not create any problems; they had prepared the surprise for my wife's birthday quickly and professionally. Excellent kitchen; worthy wine and distilled paper as quality and price. Super professional service and very pleasant conversation with the Chef at the end of lunch.

I was here for the second time and have recommended the local too to friends. It was always an experience! A fantastic kitchen with hardly exceeding ideas of the Gericbte. The staff is very polite and lovely friendly. We would be much more often here if we weren't living so far away. A clear recommendation if you want to experience something special.

Super great restaurant! We were on our MTB Alpine crossing 2022 there and enjoyed the menu and the wine recommendation there, as well as the excellent breakfast. We could stop the bikes and our wash washed. Thanks a thousand!
