Restaurant 1857

We were treated as special guest during lunch as we were the only ones. The food was excellent. The signature dish outstanding. The team was visible all the time we could see they enjoy their work.

Very impresssed with this little hidden gem. Will certainly come back.

It was a great experience, the setting was perfectly weather-- we started in the garden with an aperitif. What I feel in the Netherlands is that they have not much appetite drinks, it is about Gin and champagne, unlike the other countries where it is in abundance. The food was FACE We eat a lot in star restaurants and we have even gone to the best restaurant in the world. For what this is it is great. You really see they spend care of all kinds of details. It's small things I could mention but I don't do that because they deserve all praise :-). Good luck boys and who knows I see you in my restaurant in Argentina.

We have eaten greatly, it was a night of astonishment, and it was a good thing, and we will come back here. Thank you for your hospitality.
