Restaurant in a magnificent setting, very natural. The menu is limited and consists of dishes in jars but delicious. A little less convinced by the desserts nevertheless. The tastes of chocolate (for the fondant) and vanilla (for the panna cotta) are there but the texture in the mouth (pieces of agar agar still visible in the panna cotta and no fondant chocolate heart) should be reworked or offered to do via another means (no long conservation?).
Frankly it remains a superb surprise, the service was attentive and very pleasant by offering us advice on visits around the restaurant. Do not hesitate to get lost there for a few hours or days (if you stay there for the lodge)
