Uzbek people often eat &quot;Kurdak&quot; potato stew, &quot;Nishala&quot; made of egg white and sugar, pilaf, barbecue, baked buns, pulled noodles, rice and mung bean soup, rice sausage, flour persimmon, etc. According to the traditional customs of the Uzbek people, when eating, the elders sit in the upper seats and the younger ones sit in the lower seats. It is strictly forbidden to take off the hat when eating, and you cannot cough, blow your nose or speak loudly in front of the guests. Otherwise, it will be considered impolite.

This restaurant was recommended by a local in Samarkand. I thought I went to the wrong place. It was so lively inside! There were singing and dancing performances on the stage, and it was like a party below. It felt like no one except me was really here to eat ~ So sad
