Ironside Fish & Oyster

The lobster rolls in this restaurant are delicious, and they also have special offers on oysters, which is very cost-effective. I bought a dozen. Although the oysters are small, they are very fresh and can be eaten directly with lemon juice.

No fried oysters. Staff was sweet but forgot veggies. Atmosphere was loud yet had cozy feeling. Would probably not return bc though food was tasty we needed more options

This place looks really cool, it feels like being on a boat. We just walked in! The menu already sounded delightful and the food met expectations. Very interesting and sophisticated recipes, very well prepared. Nice wine selection. Everything was just right.

My wife and I ate here and we all thought it was one of the best fish meals we had ever had. From the original bar, we ordered " octopus not even tasteless original! And, the avocado with the plate tastes great! Our main course (fish and black salmon) was a fun way to make it with a good blend of spices. Funny choice of wine and beer. Friendly staff. Prices are expensive but I will definitely come back.

It didn’t get any better than this...this is our discovery this week. The best seafood happy hour in Ironside anywhere. <br />We sat at the front of the Shuckers. These guys were machine and very friendly. They peeled oysters, clams, sea urchins, and many other delicious seafood dishes prepared. <br />We had $1 oysters, stone crabs, citrus juice salmon and a few glasses of wine. It was a bargain and all delicious. Ianside in Little Italy, my favorite place in SD. <Enjoy this hidden gem!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Ireneside. We sat at the chef's counter and I highly recommend it. Our server was attentive and gave good advice. We chose a batch of oysters, separated the lobster rolls and salads, and finally made from chocolate cake. The lobster roll is the best roll I have ever eaten. Would encourage anyone looking for a good seafood meal, with great ambiance to try Ironside.
