gave the restaurant and excellent rating because the food was so overwhelmingly well prepared, spectacularly delicious, flawless I presentation and proportion, however I was less impressed with the service which felt theatrical during parts of the meal, a distraction to the food, too much talk around Chef Crenn’s background while growing up in Normandy, and dizzying levels of waitstaff circulation in the dining room. Every sentence of this poem corresponds to a dish tonight. I just don't know what I will eat, and every dish is a surprise. In a very beautiful display full of natural elements, guests seem to have traveled to the countryside in southern France. The restaurant is more dessert-oriented, so 40% of the dishes are desserts. The previous salty cuisine was a bit lacking in taste, and there were not many amazing ones. Among them, the private bread and cream taste very good. The bread is soft and fragrant, and the special beef cream entrance feels like eating a piece of meat. The abalone cuisine tastes just right, with a strong ocean atmosphere, a slippery fleshy feeling, and the soup is delicious. A5 from Japan, beef and squid are very fresh. Because the proportion of desserts is too much, it may not be particularly suitable for most Chinese tastes. The speed of serving is a bit too slow, and sometimes it takes 2 minutes to wait between dishes. It feels more suitable for diners looking for creative restaurants, because every dish here is really a work of art. Ideas and plates give full marks, but the taste is probably only 6-70.

The overall feeling of this restaurant is very general, it may be that the body is not very comfortable on the day of the meal, eating every dish feels no taste, faint, sea urchin is still very fresh, but the amount is too small, if the usual taste is heavy, the friends are not recommended.
