Beef noodles is a common noodle dish and a traditional delicacy in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The dish has the characteristics of "one clear, two white, three green, four red, and five yellow", and is delicious and well-known throughout the country. There are signs of "Lanzhou authentic beef ramen" all over the country, but in fact they are not authentic. Lanzhou beef noodles can only be authentic in Lanzhou. Lanzhou, or Gansu, only has beef noodles, not Lanzhou ramen.
Mapo Ramen❗️ The red color is particularly tempting, and there is an egg on top. Without saying anything, I poked it and blended it perfectly with the ramen. My friend said I was a weirdo. I said that the first bite tasted like toothpaste (don't hit me╹⚇╹?), but it tasted better and better. It was just spicy, so it might be a pity for those who can't eat spicy food. Miso Ramen❗️ Compared to Mapo Ramen, the taste of miso is lighter, with barbecued pork, corn kernels, and my favorite soft-boiled egg. Special Fried Dumplings❗️ Pork filling! Dip in vinegar, delicious Fried Chicken❗️ Fried very crispy, sweet and spicy, good
This shop is located in the underground street of Sapporo Station. I was originally planning to eat in Susukino area, but later I thought it was too far, so I looked up the nearby shops on Ctrip. This shop looked good, so I came here. The shop is not big, and it takes a while to queue up at mealtime (10-20 minutes). The noodle soup of this shop is very tasty, and I almost finished it (I don’t like noodles; as shown in the picture). This shop is very good, recommended!
When you come to Sapporo, eating ramen is a must, but there is no need to flock to Ramen Republic for tourist meals. Ichiryuan is a traditional Hokkaido ramen shop, not far from JR Sapporo Station, on the basement level of the main street. This is a food court with several well-known small shops combined together. The ordering here is self-service, which is very convenient. After ordering and sitting down, guests can choose whether they like あっさり (lighter) or こってり (heavy). In addition to the taste, you can also choose the hardness and oiliness of the noodles. You can choose to sit directly at the bar, watch the ramen chefs' exquisite cooking skills, and then eat the delicious and authentic ramen in front of them. As the only Michelin-recommended ramen restaurant in Hokkaido, the taste here is more mellow, which is my favorite taste!
The famous Ichiryuan Ramen next to the Ochi Store. The first time I went there, it was not open so I ate the soup curry at the Ochi Store instead. This time I went there on purpose and it was worth it. It was open and there was almost no queue. Order from the ordering machine. The most famous Japanese ramen is tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen, and salt ramen. The miso ramen in Sapporo is a bit salty, but the noodles are chewy and the meat is thick. It is still a small restaurant worth a try.
One of the famous ramen restaurants in Sapporo, recommended for friends who like thick soup base. Buy a meal ticket at the door and enter. There are waiters who can speak English in the store, so you can communicate in English if you have any questions. You need to queue during peak dining hours.
Yili'an in Shanghai has opened, and this is the main store. The noodle soup is thick as usual, and the noodles are a bit hard, which is suitable for those who like chewy taste. The signature noodles are delicious enough, and the barbecued pork is very fragrant. As usual, I ate it all in one bowl. Of course, the portion itself is not big.
