Sushi-dokoro Hyotan

In order to reward my husband who has worked hard for a year (working to support the family on weekdays, taking care of the baby + traveling and various family services on weekends), the three of us went out to eat sushi. It is really not easy to find a sushi restaurant that is suitable for taking children. It has been selected as a century-old restaurant for 4 consecutive years. It is hard to describe the feeling after eating. In the future, when I take my baby out to eat something good, it is better to go to a Chinese restaurant (all kinds of baby-friendly), Japanese food is also good, and French food is challenging.

The sashimi here is very good 🌸, but I don't think the sushi 🍣 is anything special. The grilled food is cooked to the right temperature. The donburi and the egg here taste really good. The environment is also very normal, and the service is nothing amazing.

Sushidokoro hyotan is very famous for its sushi. When you enter the store, you can choose to sit at the rotating table or the booth. They have so many varieties of sushi that it's hard to keep up with them. They all look so delicious that you can't wait to try every one of them. There are also cold drinks and desserts. There are quite a lot of choices.

The store is small but warm and Japanese. The key is that the store tastes good and the friendly chef cooks for you! The fish bones are really crispy and very unique. Other dishes are also unique.

The environment of this sushi restaurant may not be particularly high-end, but its sushi and its dining atmosphere are really very Japanese, and it feels pretty good, especially the sushi, because this is Hokkaido, so the ingredients are very fresh.
